Cold Rolled Steel Sheet

Cold rolled sheet is produced by pickling hot rolled coil and re-rolling it at room temperature. Cold rolling delivers a smooth, clean surface, a narrow thickness tolerance and high dimensional accuracy. These properties make cold rolled sheet the first choice for painting, coating and deep drawing operations. At Atakaş Demir Çelik we supply cold rolled sheet in DC01–DC04 grades from stock in coil and plate form, with slitting and cut-to-length lines for delivery to your exact dimensions.

The key criterion separating cold rolled grades is formability: DC01 is sufficient for simple bends and flat parts, while DC03 and DC04 are preferred for demanding geometries such as handled vessels, extractor hoods or deep-drawn bodies. Thickness tolerance on cold rolled sheet is far tighter than on hot rolled product, which extends press and die life and reduces scrap. Oiled delivery lowers the risk of rust in storage but requires degreasing before painting; ungreased delivery can also be planned to suit your production flow. On request we deliver ready-sized material with slitting and cut-to-length.

With customers in series production we set up stock agreements based on periodic volume commitments, which both shields you from price swings and secures uninterrupted feeding of your line. Quality documents and heat traceability are provided with every shipment.
