Trapezoidal Sheet

Trapezoidal sheet is produced by roll-forming galvanized or pre-painted coil into a trapezoidal profile, and is the most widely used material for roofing and cladding. The trapezoidal form gives the sheet a high load-bearing capacity, allowing economical solutions with wide purlin spacing even at thin gauges. At Atakaş Demir Çelik we supply trapezoidal sheet in galvanized and pre-painted versions, cut to the profile type and length your project requires. With a range of RAL colours and rib heights, we answer the needs of both industrial and commercial projects.

The choice of trapezoidal profile should be evaluated together with purlin spacing and snow/wind loads: the higher the rib, the wider the span you can cross at the same sheet thickness. On roofs, respecting the minimum pitch and overlap rules for water discharge matters at least as much as material quality for the life of the painted surface. On facades, lower ribs and matt RAL tones are preferred for aesthetic reasons. We cut sheets in one piece to your project axis dimensions and apply spacer blocks and corner protection per pack to prevent deformation in transit.

On roof and facade projects, quantities must be calculated together with span and overlap allowances. When you send your project layout we draw up the sheet length list and the accessory items required, and price them as a single package. Production is scheduled once the order is confirmed.
