Galvanized sheet is a flat steel product with high corrosion resistance, produced by hot-dip coating cold rolled steel sheet with zinc. The zinc layer protects the steel against rust for many years, acting both as a physical barrier and through cathodic protection. At Atakaş Demir Çelik we supply galvanized sheet from stock in coil, slit coil and plate form, with thickness, width and coating weight options to match your project. For slitting requirements we deliver coils slit to your exact width, and for plate we offer cut-to-size delivery.
Choosing the right coating weight directly determines service life on site: Z100–Z140 is usually sufficient indoors and in enclosed volumes, while Z200–Z275 is recommended for facades, roofing and humid environments. Because forming behaviour changes as the coating gets heavier, we favour softer grades such as DX53D for deep-drawn parts. When we take your order we confirm thickness tolerance, coil inner diameter, slit width and packing method together, and every shipment is delivered with the mill test report and dispatch note. Our sales team can confirm same-day loading availability for stock items immediately.
Pricing is per tonne and varies with thickness, width, coating class and quantity. When you send your requirement as a thickness–width–coating set, we prepare a quotation the same day together with stock status and lead time.
